In accordance with the admission procedure set out in article 7 of the articles of association of the Association, the undersigned hereby confirms:

  1. Being active in the nicotine pouch value chain;

  2. Supporting and adhering to the positions shared by the Association, according to which the EU should adopt tobacco risk reduction as a public health strategy aimed at minimizing the negative impact of smoking;

  3. Promoting a sustainable and responsible regulatory framework for tobacco-free nicotine pouches within the EU, in line with the positions advocated by the Association; and

The undersigned acknowledges having read the Articles of Association of the Association and undertakes to comply with them.

The undersigned would be grateful if you would accept its application and to enter it accordingly in the Association’s register of members.

    3. Promouvoir un cadre réglementaire durable et responsable pour les sachets de nicotine sans tabac au sein de l’UE, en alignement avec les positions défendues par l’association; et

    La soussignée reconnaît avoir pris connaissance des statuts de l’Association et s’engage à les respecter.

    La soussignée vous serait reconnaissante d’accepter sa candidature et de l’inscrire en conséquence dans le registre des membres de l’Association.

      Le soussigné reconnaît avoir lu les Statuts de l’Association et s’engage à s’y conformer.

      Le soussigné serait reconnaissant à l’Association d’accepter sa demande d’adhésion et de l’inscrire en conséquence dans le registre des membres.
