The Nordic Nicotine Pouches Alliance (NNPA.eu) is a Brussels-based platform, born from Nordic long-standing experience with oral nicotine consumption.

We advocate for the development of a sustainable and responsible policy framework for nicotine pouches at both the European Union level and within member states. We engage with policymakers to emphasize the importance of tobacco harm reduction in the formulation of new tobacco/nicotine control legislation. We consider it imperative to recognize and support legislation embracing harm-reduced nicotine consumption.
