  1. Being active in the nicotine pouch value chain;<\/p><\/li>

  2. Supporting and adhering to the positions shared by the Association, according to which the EU should adopt tobacco risk reduction as a public health strategy aimed at minimizing the negative impact of smoking;<\/p><\/li>

  3. Promoting a sustainable and responsible regulatory framework for tobacco-free nicotine pouches within the EU, in line with the positions advocated by the Association; and<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    The undersigned acknowledges having read the Articles of Association of the Association<\/a> and undertakes to comply with them.<\/p>
